First New Lancia Ypsilon delivered

The New Lancia Ypsilon was delivered at the Nuova Auto Alpina dealership in Ivrea in the NEW LANCIA YPSILON EDIZIONE LIMITATA CASSINA, part of the exclusive launch edition of the car, “1 of 1906”, which consists of only 1906 certified and numbered units, to pay tribute to the year the brand was founded. With the “1 of 1906” campaign, the brand inaugurated the start of the New Ypsilon sales, reserving the opportunity for only 1906 Lancia customers and enthusiasts to access one of the units from the launch edition vehicles. The uniqueness of the Edizione Limitata Cassina is attested by the Certificate of Authenticity included in the delivery kit, which also includes the Charging Pass and easyWallbox for the electric version, provided by Free2move Charge, Stellantis strategic partner for charging solutions.

The delivery process of the New Lancia Ypsilon is an expression of the new premium positioning of the brand, which translates into a customer experience at the dealership with the utmost attention to detail and focus on the needs of end customers. The 160 brand dealerships in Italy have indeed been completely revamped with the new Corporate Identity, reflecting the four pillars underlying Lancia strategic plan: quality, electrification, sustainability, and an innovative sales model. Characterized by a refined stylistic footprint, including Cassina-designed furnishings and precious materials, the showrooms offer an authentic feeling of elegance and hospitality, typical of the living rooms in Italian homes.

 

The welcome and sales processes within the new showrooms have also been completely revamped, to provide New Lancia Ypsilon customers with a premium experience in line with the new positioning of the brand. From their welcome into the showroom and the presentation of the car to the test drive and delivery, the new Lancia customer experience is designed to make customers feel ‘at home’ and to fulfill their expectations.

Also completely renewed is the sales force dedicated to the Lancia brand, a community of 240 certified dealers, thanks to Finally, the Lancia brand dedicated sales force has been fully refreshed as a community of 240 salespeople, certified in a two-level training course that will have run for 15 months when it concludes in September 2024, aiming at making the role of the salesperson even more central within the dealership. The brand CEO Luca Napolitano himself launched the lengthy transformation and evolution of the Lancia sales force in July 2023, via the Casa Lancia community as a direct communication channel to guide and support them on a personal level towards the new premium era of the brand.
